A chef and author from St. Louis, finding her way in Portland, Maine – one plate of food at a time. Glad to be downeast where the winter’s are snowy, the people are honest, and the houses are old. Oh! and the food’s pretty damn good too.
At this point, I spend most of my time writing (on this blog), making food for to sell in my Etsy shop, and getting to know Portland.
It’s a pretty great life.
